Exploring a settlement in Hainan Freeport

Established in 2026 around the Haikou National High-Tech Zone, the Huoshan Zhihui Cup seeks to attract projects to Hainan. It combines the competition with reception services and the transformation of scientific results. The three areas selected bring together health, artificial intelligence and the digital economy. An international team can examine an island establishment with local partners, provided it documents its product, its uses and its commercial development potential.
