The Hangzhou municipal competition extends the talent reception strategy through a selection and connection system with local companies. In 2026, a course dedicated to foreign talents will join the artificial intelligence, health and advanced industry paths. This opening remains framed by international mobility criteria. A candidate must therefore check their background before working on the pitch, then explain why Hangzhou corresponds to the needs of their project.
