Transforming successful doctoral research into a business project
Supported by Guangdong and Dongguan, this competition links doctoral skills to the industrial needs of the Greater Bay Area. It distinguishes projects still without a local company from established startups and responses to industrial problems. Its advantage is to make scientific competence central in the evaluation. For a first-year doctoral student, it is mainly prepared with an already qualified team: possession of the doctorate by at least one key member is an important condition of the paths described.
