Formerly identified internationally under the name Internet Plus, this higher education competition brings together training, innovation and business creation. It allows you to present both a developed concept and an already established activity, in distinct categories. Its university dimension offers a useful framework for improving a technical project and learning to defend your market. For a foreign doctoral student in China, the priority question is the right institutional channel: the international path described here concerns establishments located outside China.
