Shanghai Talent Plus organizes a competition focused on talents who drive innovation. Its architecture distinguishes projects still without companies in China from young companies and more advanced activities. This reading by maturity helps to present a project at the right level. For an international entrepreneur, the value lies in meetings with host structures and investors; the file must make visible the skills of the team as well as the commercial relevance of the product.
