A gateway also open to foreign experts and entrepreneurs

Supported by the Chinese network of entrepreneurship parks for talents trained abroad, this competition will expand its role to international scientific talents in 2026. Its name may suggest that it is reserved for Chinese nationals returning from mobility; However, the regulation mentions foreign experts, teachers, researchers and entrepreneurs. For an engineer based in China, this precision deserves attention. The project must demonstrate defensible innovation, a coherent economic model and clearly established exploitation rights.
